NIIT — Not Yet Received My Transcripts And Certificates For The ASM Course Passed From NIIT Calcutta

Inspite of so many requests to CGRSHO section of NIIT Head Office and to the Calcutta Office I have not yet received a favorable reply from them so far. This is to remind that I had to lose my job as I was not able to produce the certificates to my employer. This is a do or die situation for me. Ms. Rituparna Rudra of NIIT Calcutta does not know the reason behind of not having my records. May I please know the reason behind it? I passed this course in December 1999. From 2000 I have been reminding the Calcutta officials for my certificates. In the early of 2000 the officials had verbally stated that I had passed all the 4 semesters with more than 50% marks, but when I pressed for the transcripts and the certificates their answer was that they did not have my records with them. This is just an excuse given by the Calcutta officials. I wonder what type of institution is this? I have all the official stamped receipts for the fees paid by me and they are legally bound to give me the transcripts and the certificates. Once again I request you to please instruct the NIIT officials to issue the Transcripts & Certificates of all the 4 semesters of ASM course immediately which I had passed from Camac St. Centre Calcutta and also the CBT course Information Window (Lan Windows) done from Computerdrome Royd St. Calcutta. I have already given all the necessary documents related to my course. (ID Cards, Fee receipts etc.)
I will be eagerly waiting for a favorable reply in this regard at the earliest.

Similar problem here. My sister completed the GNIIT from Nungambakkam Chennai and even after 3 years of course completion she hasn't received the certificate. Many of her batch mates too share the same story. Their administration is pathetic and irresponsible. They give very strange excuses like "you'll get the certificate in one year" or "They lost the data and you'll have to wait till they recover the system". My sister wasted four years and a hefty sum on fees.

Is there any way of getting back the certificates? I have also lodged a complaint with the consumer court. Till today there is no response from either sides. What should I do? In my last mail I had already mentioned that I had to lose my job as I was not able to produce the certificates to my employer. Moreover I have to go to UAE soon. Can I get these certificates from NIIT Calcutta immediately? I have all the official stamped receipts for the fees paid by me and they are legally bound to give me the transcripts and the certificates. Please help me in this regard.

I have completed my DNIIT in 2002 end. That time my graduation was in due. So Niit has suggested for the compilation of graduation. When i completed my graduation in 2005 then niit said for a test of software to get a job in Software Company. So thereafter i got a job myself in a software company without there knowledge. Now from last 3 yrs i am telling them to give me the GNIIT certificate without any refund of not taking the PP. Still the placement faculty gives excuses of not meeting the center head and now he had stopped picking the phone. I need to give calls from various no’s so that i can contact him. Some times other person uses to pick the phone and says that he is busy in meeting. And sometime he use to say just give me call after half an hour and after half an hour he never use to pick the phone. This is the fraud which is going with me. I am so far from my center that it is not possible for me to visit so frequently. Give me the solution for getting the GNIIT certificate if anyone knows. After sending so much of valuable time and money, what I think is GNIIT use to cheat in some cases. They have only one excuse that your duration is long now. I say that who is making it longer and longer. If they don’t have documentation of the students then what’s the aim of advertising so much with so much for false cometement.

i am student of GNIIT from 1 and half year would like to complain against my centre which is in bhandup they avoid our complain every now and then due to which my exam is not been held due to some collection error on my sites they have made a severe mistakes regarding my payment detail i have been prohibited from last 3 months not to write my online exam they don't made attempt to solve my problem and stafff member is changing every now and then, so kindly heip me as fast as possible. my student id - s[protected]
