[Resolved]  NIIT — Salary issue with employer - NIIT

Hi,

I was working with NIIT Hyderabad as a School Teacher under [protected]@School programme till December 2008. One fine day in January 2009 I was asked to stop coming to School by NIIT and my job was terminated. I did not get any 1 month notice which was agreed upon. Also, till now I have not got my salary for the month of December 2008. Upon repeated follow-ups with NIIT, I have been asked to wait and wait, and it has been almost 10 months now.

I want to know what can be done for this? Should I go to local consumer court or file a case with Police or hire an advocate and file a case ? Please advise.

I am in touch with NIIT now again. I want to suspend this complaint for the time being. They have told me that they are following up on this issue.
