NIIT — Return my fee

I am girdhar gopal yadav i am doing GNiit form NIIT Pitam pura They alsways delay my class they are not given sereives on time. whenever i told them thay are always told me that it will be not done they are giving me v.poor sereives, Now i want to return my fees
