Nike — football shoes got torn from the front

My nike T90 football shoes got torned from the front . I took them from nike showroom at growels kandivali . I took them near about in january or february ,article code of the shoe is[protected]. i went to the showroom ,but i was not having the bill so the employer said me to complain online. so i wish to get a new pair of shoes or get them repaired.
