Nike — sole got torn

i m arshdeep singh, i bought pair of nike shoes model no.[protected] it cost me 3500 rs. from nike showroom, DT mall chandigarh few days ago its sole got torned. i took my shoes to seller, he refused to repair my shoes because i have lost my bill. just 2 months ago i baught this shoes so i want new pair of shoes or repair it as soon as possible.
