[Resolved]  Nike — refusing guarantee

i got Nike shoes,that time the shoes where comfort fit and good..but after 4 months ,it starts tear then i went to Nike authorised shop,they said their shop is new so they only provide 3 months guarantee . there behavior disasterly changed before and now...at the time of purchasing , they were very polite and helpful but now they are totally disgusting they told me that they provide 6 months guarantee and 1 year warranty but now the situation has been changed ..no shoes ever did this to me and i need a strict action against them thanking you...!!
