[Resolved]  Nike/shoes — Ignorance of my complaint

I have purchased-a Shoeon-26-aug-09 From Nike Factory Outlet Marathalli(Bangalore)

It's withering from inside from back the fibre may be of bad quality.

I got a complaint But owner refused me-please help me regarding this

I am a part of global comunity of mobiles so this question concern lot about Nike reputation
