[Resolved] Nikon Coolpix L10 — for not providing bill since 1 year | |
My self joshi kavan,I have bought a nikon cool pix L10 DIGITAL CAMERA and you have not provided bill to me.These are some detail about the date of purchase and other things purchase date:[protected],product code:3230,complain no:1562481 case no:1562646 .I had register it with my mobile no:[protected].My camera have some problem and it does not work competely.you have told me to go the nikon service station . you have provide me a bill but in it the detail about date of purchase and the distibutor,my name ,address and every other detail is totaly missing.when i went at service station they told me that they will not repair my camera due to missing of information in the bill.I have told you about that problem on call and i was told that the bill would given to me in 8-10 days and i have put trust on you but after waiting for 30-45 days still bill is not provided to me.you have not taken my complain seriously and i warn you last time if my bill will not provide to me in 8-10 days i will surely take legal step against you. contact no:[protected] .I have called you so many time and every time you have cheated me.Is this your service you are talking about?you have broken my trust which i put on you.I am waiting for positive response from your side.Thank you........
