Niranjan Developers have been very co-operative since. I have seen them taking responsibilities of the apartment's pending deliverables. They have also started work on the pending construction for the community hall and the gym. I would change my mind and recommend you giving it a shot at buying an apartment here. The association has been formed and functioning in full flow. Regular events keep happening and residents' grievances are taken care of. Hence kindly ignore my previous comment.

Niranjan Developers (Avinash) are very un-professional. They cancel the purchase deal even after the sale agreements are done, to sell the apartment at higher prize to New customer. They would ask bank person to postpone the release of Loan and play a drama saying that payments are not made. They will force to make a cancellation agreement else they will not return the money. They treat customer like slaves once committed. They will not respond to any mails. Intentionally make us to wait for hours together at their office, giving reasons of busy even after fixing an appointment.
Don't make any kind of business with Niranjan developers.

Niranjan group or Niranjan developers are the most worst builder on the earth, they are good untill they sell they sell their flats for higher rates, once u paid money they make ur life miserable.
Abinash - speaks very nicely to make u get into this trap.
Asrit - he thinks he is the god, he will ask u believe him for everything, but he will never respond to any o[censored]r mails. He thinks he is prime minister. I[censored] question him, he will start shouting at u.
Akshay - Good for nothing. but atleast listens to u, he cannot do anything, no power.
Madhavi - their accountant / office assistant/ sends u a mail when the builder needs something, u ask for some clarification on email, she will take Asrit route.
These r the 4 donkeys u will be struggling to handle all thru ur life i[censored] buy flat from them.
I[censored] r looking for some kick in life to play with pigs, maroons, blood suckers, unprofessional, rude, inhumane people, then u can purchase a flat from them.
They make u cry for dreaming about a sweet home.
Before booking a flat, visit any of their recent projects. Residents can give u the true story.
One star is big ting for them, there is no zero star option here.
