I am Major Abhishek Mall serving with 8 th Batallion The Sikh Regiment.
I am sorry to inform the lackadaisical attitude shown by the organisation and your employees. I had applied for a plot in 2005 for Shaurya Towers which was suppose to come up on NH of Ghaziabad on Merrut road somewhere near DPS, and had deposited an amount of Rs 2, 85, 000 (approx) as interim deposit or whatever you say in your terms. Already more than three years has passed by and till date i have received no mails regarding it from your end.
Heights are that change of address and tele nos were also not intimated to me. However i had got it enquired and contacted on telephone (probably amit) since i am posted as of now in state of assam where we are combating insurgency/terrorism. I had enquired from him the details and also had told him to give me the complete details regarding it and had told him to give me call to which he had confirmed that he will call but he never called me up.
My tele no is [protected]. i would request you to take action against all the defaulters and inform me regarding my status of the land.
i had regd the plot on my name and in case you cannot trace it out pleaeand let me know i will give the complete details of it.
Sorry to state that whatever short affiliation i had with your organisation/employees has really pinched me and hope for a quick response from your end so that it does not further aggravate.

2. I had even sent a reminder to this effect on 11 jun 09 at the same email id i.e. [protected]@nitishree.com and had also warned of refering the case to consumer court. Till now there has been no intimation to this effect in writing. I will give the exact details and would send a photocopy of the paper in my future correspondence.

The issue raised at your end, regarding non availablity of the flat, and charges etc has been raised by various consumers of the flats booked by them in Nitishree, Shouryapuram. The most appropriate method for you to seek redressal of your grievance is by filing of consumer complaint with consumer court, or filing a civil suit in the civil courts. Kindly take action as soon as is possible, as certain reliefs are based upon the time period, and therefore it may get barred, if not taken in time.
