I have booked a flat with Nitishree in Year 2006 , i have already made payment of 28lacs ( 12 lacs from personal account and 16 lacs through HDFC),this flat was supposed to be handed over by Dec 2008. But we are not handed over flt till date. Builder is asking for payment again by promising dates. banks has refused to make any further payment. I am not finding a way out from this trap. I am paying about 16.5 K as emi installment and a rent of another 10K per month which is killing us badly. Please help us in getting our flat or our money back.

I am an NRI, does it make any difference in this case? Do I need to come down there often or you can represent us?
