Booked a plot and it's been more than 15yrs but no plot given. We have reached out multiple times for refund but they keep asking for time and never gave our refund.

Sir,
I have one flat in shourya puram (Nh-24, a project by nitishree).
I have paid them rs. 3, 80, 000/- and have receipts and papers upto 2007.
The possession was supposed to be given in june'09 because they didnt deliver the site we wanted the refund. But since then we are regularly following with them (Mr pc mishra) but everytime they tell us that hey dont have mony to refund and offered us...

Flat not handed over at Alstonia

I have booked a flat with Nitishree in Year 2006 , i have already made payment of 28lacs ( 12 lacs from personal account and 16 lacs through HDFC),this flat was supposed to be handed over by Dec 2008. But we are not handed over flt till date. Builder is asking for payment again by promising dates. banks has refused to make any further payment. I am not finding a way out from this trap. I am paying about 16.5 K as emi installment and a rent...

FRAUD AT NH 24(SHOURYAPURAM)
I HAVE HAVE I PLOT IN SHOURYA PURAM(NH-24, A PROJECT BY NITISHREE)BUT THE POSSESSION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GIVEN IN JUNE'09 BUT NOW THE ARE COMPELLING TO SHIFT TO ANOTHER PROJECT.I GET SOME THREATENING CALLS ALSO REGARDING THE SHIFTING OF PROJECT FROM SHOURYAPURM TO OTHER PROJECTS OF NITISHREE.
TILL DATE THERE IS NO ACTIVITY AT SHOURYAPURAM(NH-24).
