[Resolved]  Nokia 2323c - 2 Cell Phone Set — does not repair my cellphone longer then almost two and half month in my warrenty priod

Dear Sir,
With due respect I am informing you that I am not satisfied against the warrantee service which Nokia Care provided to me against my Nokia 2323c-2 mobile set at KOLKATA form CRAZY INFOVISION, 83, Golaghata road, V.I.P Tower, Kolkata – 700048.
My self Jayanta Ghosh purchased a NOKIA 2323c-2 set. IMEI NO- [protected]. Product code- 0578778, warranty ref no-APAINY[protected] On13/09/2009 but after few days I find that the radio voice is chopped while SMS receive or send until unless I switch off and then on the radio. The FM radio is the good features by which the consumer are convince to by the product, so I was, but its now does not satisfied as the mobile set has the fault.
So I give my set to the above NOKIA Care by JOB SHEET NO[protected]/091020/18 on 20th oct’09, after two weeks they are asking me to collect my mobile set as they was demanding that the problem was solved but again in front of them I proved that the problem was not solved then they again kept my set for repairing.
By several time its happened with me even they offer a new one by replacing but I find the same problem in front of them and its seems that the Nokia 2323c-2 mobile set has this problem by default so my problem is still not solved and my mobile set kept to the above NOKIA CARE center while its almost two and half month spend.

Now my question to you that if the fault is by default in NOKIA 2323c-2 set then how its came in market after several acceptance test and certified made by your Quality Control Department and others Department ?
If not then why NOKIA Care center did not take care of my complain n did not investigate properly by collect batch no of the lot of that particular product n solve the technical problem which will satisfied them as well the consumer ?

It’s the scope of work and a good employee and company should encourage to work in this situation, but I really sorry to say its not happened and we the consumer suffer most.
As a good and educated Indian its my duty to let them know and help them to solve the problem as early as possible, after all we all are for human kind and technology should be error free.
May be they will solve the problem by giving another mobile set which may be have not same problem as I and above NOKIA Care center found that my set and another set which they offer against my set for replace has same problem,
But I request them to find solution of the problem by proper investigation.

Not but lest please solve my problem and give a error free Mobile Set to me as soon as possible and make extension of my warrantee period which I lost for NOKIA Care as the already kept two and half month and I did not enjoyed the set which is an consumer right.
