Nokia 2680 Mobile — low speaker volume

i bought this nokia 2680 mobile set from TIWARI MOBILE CENTRE, UGA 27, Somdutt Plaza, kanpur on 26th oct 08. With in a few days, i noticed tat d speaker volume was very low. i complained about this to the tiwari mobile centre and submitted my mobile there for repair. Even after repairing, the volume of the spekers was very low. On complaining once again, they made excuses and said that there is no problem as such. I bought this nokia 2680 mobile set from TIWARI MOBILE CENTRE, SOMDUTT PLAZA, KANPUR, on 26th Oct 08.But very soon i discovered that the speaker volume was very low and so i made a complain to Tiwari Mobile Centre. They asked me to submit the mobile. But, even after repair, the speaker volume was very low. So i complained again. But they started making excuses, and said that this is no problem as such. Now i am so frustated, with my NEW mobile i am unable to communicate . Each time i have to use loud speaker.anybody plzzzz help..
