Dear Sir,
I submitted my mobile phone model Nokia 2700c for service in warranty to nokia service centre , Raipur (c.g.)
Job sheet No[protected]/100619/20
([protected]@nokiacareindia.com ) on 19 june 2010 reporting minor software problem and keypad. Since then i am following up on them .yhey called me on 21 june 2010 then they said that mobile set has undergone a hardware problem and called me on 26 june in morning again they said that the problem is not yet solved and they called us in evening and finally told us that your mobile cannot be repaired.NOW WE ARE PLANNING TO GO CONSUMER COURT /POLICE STATION TOO FOR BAD BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR SERVICE MAN AND GIVING US MENTAL HARRASEMENT BECAUSE WE USE TO WAIT THERE FOR 1-2 HRS FOR SERVICE AND FINAL RESULT IS ZEROOOO.
I am really frustrated to hear these answers from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is buy a new cell phone NOT of NOKIA BRAND definetly this time and will sell of the Nokia 2700C .I am unable to tell you what problem i am facing without the cell phone.
