Nokia 2730 Classic — Phone Dead in 3 months no replacement no repair

As i had placed a complaint against nokia i got a call from nokia care i been there again they checked but no solution. Once again they said we are not able to repair your handset please destroy it or if still you want to repair then this time he said you charged 2200 rupees for changing your motherboard.Please i really want to replace my handset. Well thanks for your coperation you helped me last time please once again i need your hand. please help me.

Charged in warranty Period
I purchased a new nokia mobile on 14th july 2010. but last night there must be some problem in that phone and it stopped working. i been to nokia care for repair and they said there is some internal falt and you charged around 1000 rupees to repair your handset. why should i pay in warranty period.
Please Help me to solve the solution of this problem
