Nokia 3110 C — for nokia care

I have problem in my nokia 3110c mobile .then i goes to nokia care tuticorin(Tamil nadu) he repair my mobile(install software), after that music player doesn't work in my mobile, again am go to nokia care he replied it's a software problem we correct it u come tommorrow i repair.then i go to next day he say its hardware problem due to water drop that guy completely cheat me.please suggest this isssue..
