Nokia 3110c — not repair on time

Dear sir,

hi i am a panchal pragnesh, i have a complaint to you that i purchase nokia 3110c on date of 06/10/2008 at a place of Nokia priority, chitra consumable enterprise pvt.ltd., 28, Advance plaza, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad - 04 & bill no is 69.
According to nokia care employee in this mobile music player socket problem & they solve in within one week.I gave him mobile to repair on date of 17/07/2009 but till today they are not repair my mobile & they are tell me to repair mobile to take another 10 to 15 days.
so please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased 1 Nokia N 97 (IMEI No: [protected]) handset worth Rs 33, 700/- Approx, on 31st July 2009 at around 9pm from Nokia Priority M.G.Road, Camp Next to Aurora Towers Hotel, Pune 411001, When i switched on the handset it was alright and when i got the first incoming call at that particular instant the display started blinking and in next few seconds the display was not visible, it was all blank. I went to the Nokia Priority but unfortunately it was closed that night, the very next day in the morning i gave a call to the dealer and told him about the problem, he told me to bring the handset to the showroom, in my lunch hour i submitted the handset to the Nokia Priority showroom this all took place within 24hrs. They saw the handset and they concluded that the handset body was in good condition, it was as it is they had given a sealed packed mobile, they sent it to the Nokia Service center and on 3rd August 2009 they gave me one ELS report mentioning that the handset is having a display physical damage and it cannot be replaced or repaired under warranty and on that ELS report no where it is mentioned that the report is from Nokia company, on my demand to them that I want the certificate from Nokia saying that it is a physical damage and it cannot be done under warranty, they are denying to give me the certificate from Nokia stating that Nokia does not provide any documentation only the authorized dealers can provide such letter or certificate. I have explained them all the possible ways that how is the physical damage possible, if it would be physical damage then atleast a small or the smallest mark would have been on the handset, which is no where present.

Sir, i think they have done fraud that’s why they are not entertaining or they don’t want to take the pain to replace or repair the handset due to there huge customer base, I don’t understand that Nokia being such a big brand why they don’t give personal attention to such issues, is that so that Nokia is not aware about this type of incidences.

I request you to please look into this matter and take necessary action so that in near future no one faces such kind of services.

Nokia 3110C — repair takes long time

dear sir,
i have given my nokia 3110c to nokia care from 20 day and not recieved yet.
the customer care speaks with us rudely.
when i switch on the mobile that time display flash and automatically switch off. (battery is ok)

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems.Nokia Care Center Shree Nath telecom Paniapt Changed It with emi-[protected] and said this is replaced by company.I am pacing lot of problem with it and not repaired by another care while it is on warranty till now. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price,i hope problem will be solved soon
