[Resolved]  Nokia 40th Anniversary — RECEIVING SMS

please I need an answer urgent, i would like to inform you that i have recieved a mail on tagged site telling that i win £220, 000 GBP at the 2009 NOKIA Awards.
I need your explaination and answer ASAP.

yes me to 200.000 gbp on a email i can see by the blogs that this a crock [censored]e and why u nokia can't stand up and let there consumers know that this scam is being under taken with your name and products. it is being used to lure people to send money for this scam it's completely irresponsable. as a buyer i will never buy anything with your name attach to it i will go twitter and let all that might care that a company of your size lets this go on without warning. i[censored] think this is free advertising your right. In the form of letting this go u are losing $$$ those people who have lost there money could have been buying your phones!!! but being as big as u are most likely u don't care about your consumers or the integrity of your name. it's a shame that a company cares so little how there name is being used

Just the same as others i have same sms about winning 600000 of pounds, could u tell me is it true or not immidiately cause i send them my claim number and they calling me everyday to contact they bank officer. please let me know as soon as possible.

I also recieved a sms saying that i won 1, 000, 000 GBP, but after reading all the complaints, i guess this is a bad joke that Nokia or someone using their name is circulating such a fake sms. Shame on you, whoever is sending these messages. If a poor person got this sms, he would have had a heart attack because of this stupidity. If Nokia managers respect themseleves, they would have made a clear announcement that this is a scam that is being circulated. Shame on anyone doing this to people's feelings.

i received sms from the mobile number [protected] claimig that nokia is celebrating 40yrs anniversary and my number won 1, 000, 000, 00GBP in the nokia promotion code zoxia and i have to send email at [protected]@nokia-inc.com, so i send it and they replied that they need more personal information, i just need to know if this could be real or it's just a game ? do i have to reply on them or not?

I've recieved an email on the same thing and honestly, I doubt it's true, especially if so many people are getting 'em at such random times. I just wanna know one thing: It's their 40th annaversary. . . Why is a 40th annaversary on so many different days?
