i have purcahsed a Nokia handset (Model No. Nokia 5000 N.Blue) IMEI :[protected] ON 14TH nOV 2008 from Interior Shopping Centre, HS-26, Kailash Colony MktN.D-48.VIDE iNVOICE nO. 30441. Since the very begning the handset is giving problem and twice it has gone to the Kalkaji service centre. The Service Centre receive the money but handset again give the problem.
My handset is still giving problem and it is a continuous problem. I hereby ask you to replace my handset immediately.
