I have purchased my mobile in december 2009
since then i am facing very serious problems
Some issues i faced i took my mobile to Nokia care for more than 6 to 7 times
3 times for software issues and other for very serious 1's
primary issue s phone memory s been eaten up applying themes from memory card's memory, and wen ever u open music player it will ask u to delete data for processing and your mobile will be dead slow too..
later i have discovered that problem of my own by experiencing, but i[censored] the ask the dirty nokia proffesionals they cant identfy whats the problem and then they simply define the problem in a single great term
everbody might have caught that what am trying to say ya it is none other than "VIRUS"
This problem is also in other nokia phones and models aswell & myself helped my friends by telling them not to apply theme by keeping it in memory card, transfer it to phone memory and apply it
And Facing Problem From Very first day of my purchase
poor battery backup
Poor imaging
slow processing
Images like illusion (BLURED) some thing that similar shown in 13B Movie
Display Failed Blank Screen
sound getting poor and poor day by day
poor video recording and imaging something even worse than VGA
Radio doesnt work propely most time yet it s software issue till very frustrating
So on...
Having bunch of copys of invoices gave by NOKIA CARE still facing problems
EVERY MORNING I WOKE UP I FOUND A PROBLEM WITH MY MOBILE
AFTER ALL THESE GOT VEXED ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT MANY TIMES
everytime i go there they ll take my mobile from me to delhi returning without solving a major issues even if solved it will reoccur
NOKIA AND ITS BLOODY CARE ????????????????????????treating people like
Best way to avoid all these is to avoid nokia
Go for someother and make ur money worth
Only thing in nokia is prices are resonable and user frieldly execpt that nothing do with it
Still I Love My Phone because Its My money and its sentimental
NOTE FOR PEOPLE TAKE XEROX COPYS OF INVOICES AND KEEP IT SAFE u may file case in consumer court with those as evidence and u can ask for replacement i[censored] have more than 3 invoices with Heavy Conflict(mobile returned without solving issue)
