[Resolved] Nokia 5130 — Request to replace the present defective Nokia handset with a new one | |
I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 5130c2, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 355232/03/0212119/5, PRODUCT CODE –0577793) on 07.09.2009 from manimajra mobile store. From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off. sometimes get hange.once its switched off takes time to switch on.when i purchsed have to go to gurgoan.in the evening i have to go coz have to report in my office. So when i operate that cell there while openning folder was taking time or get hanged.that cell battery even not giving proper backup also ,once i charged that cell nver charge fully.in this cell phone lots of other defects like in their joy stick its not working properly. when called mobile store person,he said you can come will reslove your problem.when i went he said mam,u shud visit nokia care centre cause don have sufficent staff.same day have to go gurgoan due to my job,that day i specially came. when i get time went nokia care centre in sec-29 gurgoan,they said its a defective piece.we can only reslove software problem not other thing we can change if will change would be charged of rupee 2000.once will open this phone you would not b able to change. i just want to ask every boby spending their hard money.if am purchasing somthing and after new cell that is giving me lots of tension.since i purchased this phone not able to use properly.what is the use of this set.this means your mobile stores are making fool of customer and selling them defective piece. Even after they are not admitting their mistake after 4th day told them about problem bt no body was taking pain.why should i pay 2000 rupee once i purchase new cell phone. For my official work I have to travel a lot . where mobile is an absolute necessity to keep a track with the clients and also with office. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected. since i have purchased this cell phone am only suffering,i think wasted my money.seriously in future will nver prefer any body to went mobile store for any sort of purchasing. Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction. I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span. Nokia — Replace request
Dear Sir,I have nokia X-7 phone and it is under warranty i.e.it is less than one year from purchase date.I had purchase it for Rs. 21000 around.from the date i have purchase it has gone to care for 5-6 times to care so i requested them to replace it but they are not replacing it. Please i request you to do something and help me to replace it. I had gone for many times to care for one or the other problem with the phone. It is not possible to go every now n then to care even they always take 15-20 days for repairing i.e till now my cell phone was with nokia care for almost 2-3 months. The other thing is the back up i found it all the time when my phone comes back from care all the data is lost so i have to suffer another loss for that. so i request you to please refer my complaint so that i can get it replace from nokia.nokia is one of the best brands for mobiles these was my prediction so i bought these phone and see what is going on.
Its my humble request to forward my complaint so that i can get it replace.

nokia5130 — defective piece
I bought a nokia5130 express music in sept2009. In dec2009 the phone's radio got corrupted and all the stations played the same song. When given for service they said its a software problem and updated the software in a time span of 10 days. But it was very disturbing because the phone was brand new. Just 2 months old. Now, after 3-4 months, again the phone has encountered the same problem with the radio. This clearly proves that it is a defective piece. But they are refusing to accept this fact. I strongly demand for a replacement because am not ready to compromise with a defective piece. The phone has not even crossed the warranty period, but giving so much trouble. I want to sort this problem before the warranty expires because they will very easily step away saying that the warranty has expired. Their attitude towards my complaint is really annoying. Hope they dont drive me to the extent of approaching the consumer court.
