We wish to inform you that I am your old customer ,but battery backup problem in our mobile (model no. 5130 X Press Music) . I have visited in your nokia priority service , Govind Nagar, Kanpur centre last november they assured that battery is in good condition but software is not updated . They have been updated the software at the same day .

Again I visited on 11th April 2010 than I contact to Mr. Ram Singh & Mr. Abhishek Kumar (your job sheet no. 30dt .11.04.10) to about my problem (software is not updated ) . I surprised to know that they inform problem in battery back up instead of software.

So this is matter of great regret that they were giving wrong information about above subject time by time

You are requested to kindly change the battery on urgent basis. So kindly look the matter very seriously other wise we will take action against your service centre.

nokia 5130 xpress music — Battery

I purchased Nokia 5130 xpress music handset from a nokia dealer on 31st November 09.After two days i observed that battery of the handset not does not work for even 1 day properly.we are told that the talktime of the battery is upto 6 hours, but it is not like that.
Pls see to it solve our problem.
7th december2009 i buy a 5130 xpress music and 8th december2009 it not shown memory card and always says phone memory is full.

This I have purchased the Nokia 5130 on[protected] now after 9 months my prfile ringtones are not working and while I am using the phone suddenly my mobile screen goes white and after removing the bettery only it is starting

nokia 5130 xpress music — low quality battery and phone

i have a nokia 5130 xpress music set.which bought 2 days ago.
i had complaint that my set is hot down when my call or music exceeds 4mints
camera itself goes to standby which cant be continued untill next restart.
i had also complaint with its software also
there is a battery problem low quality battery
