NAME OF CUSTOMER - TINYKA BHADRA Job sheet no- [protected]/100722/35 IMEI – [protected] Date – 22nd July 2010 NOKIA CARE - CISCOM Infotech Pvt ltd., Barrackpore, West Bengal I had given the NOKIA 5130 XPRESS MUSIC handset for repair on 22nd july 2010 at NOKIA CARE - CISCOM Infotech Pvt ltd., Barrackpore, West Bengal. The handset is within the warranty period. However, on 23rd July 2010, the person from Nokia Care has called & asked to pay Rs.330/- as service charges since the handset was liquid damaged. I would like to reinstate that the handset has never been in contact with any liquid & the problem was while transferring music from other device got affected with virus. Hence, the handset was not getting switched ON. The details of the complaint was lodged with Nokia care at[protected] on 23rd July 2010. Have spoken to the agent Shikha Sethi, who spoke rudely & said that she can't lodge any complaint.
