Nokia 5220 — Music player not working phone automatic restart

I bought nokia 5220 express music 1 year ago after 6 months headset and and charger not working now the phone not working i went to nokia care and got service two time now also the problem existing . Worst mobile nokia 5220. Now the music player is also not working it shows not enough memory . Please tell if there is any rectification.
