[Resolved] Nokia 5230 — getting problem frequently within one month | |||
Sir, I purchased nokia 5230 mobile last month. Its giving problem always. charging is not proper. hanging, slow processing eventhough memory is less. after formatting the phone in nokia service center, kanchipuram also i am not getting proper condition of my mobile. totally the mobile is waste for me. now i am using some other mobile. after purchasing a costly mobile now i am have purchased the ordinary mobile.that mobile is my one month salary. give me proper answer or i will go to court for legal purpose. Best option is go for legal action, because of they're not going to change your mobile or also they're not going to provide support.
Nokia 5230 — video capture
i have purchased nokia5230 from dreamz communications- G10 shri ram tower, 13 ashok marg, lucknow on 02/09/2010.the phone IMEI is [protected]. the phone is having withe problem of vedio captured from the camera. some times it records the sound and part of the clip and some time it did not record the sound along with the clip. Another problem is that the phone swith off and restart again automatically.i have asked from manymobile hubs, they said it is the problem of mobile software.so i updated the software online two months ago.still i am having the problem. pls! do something........mohd. tauseef

Nokia Phone Model 5230 — Not working

I have recently bought a new Nokia phone - Model 5230 ,( IMEI [protected] ) from a retail shop at Mumbai. With in a day, I realized a serious defect in it, which is presumably a manufacturing defect. The camera hangs often. I took it to the nearest Nokia Custmer care centre and they have admiited a fault in it. Further they told me the repair facilty is not available at Mumbai , it is to be sent to New Delhi , would take around 7 days. I gave them the phone It is now more than 8 days and am yet to get my phone. As they have not honor the committment, I am not comfortable with the response of the Customer care service.
I did not expect a new phone would be defective and also the Company takes such a long time to repair the phone. If they can't repair , they should at least replace the phone. I one again request the concnerned person at the Nokia H.O / Custmer care and see that my phone is repaired or replaced without any further delay.
