[Resolved] Nokia - 5233 — Poor Customer Service | |||
I have Nokia-5233 Mobile set which is in warranty period. I have visited Nokia Care Centre at Vadodara, Gujarat (Productivity Road) 10 days back for some technical problem in my Mobile. They have diagnosed that the speaker is not working, which they needed to change but there was non-availability of the speaker and they asked me to contact after 10 days. Again today I have visited the same place and today also I got the same answer, “you give us your mobile No. , as the speaker will come we will let you know”. How can I use the mobile for 15-20 days without any noise, with only vibration? It made me very fade-up. Was this information helpful? | |||

nokia 5233 — POOR SERVICE
MY NAME IS ROHITH MUKUNDAN. I BOUGHT A NOKIA5233 MOBILE ON 14 02 2009. LAST JANUARY I HAVE GIVEN MY MOBILE FOR SERVICE AT NOKIA CARE ANNA NAGAR BRANCH SINCE THE MOBILE IS UNDER WARRANTED PERIOD. IT WAS HAVING A DISPLAY PROBLEM AND THEY REPAIRED IT WITHIN 2 OR 3 DAYS. WHILE RETURNING THE SIDE COVER AS SHOWN IN THE ATTACHMENT WAS DAMAGED. WHILE RECEIVING ITSELF I SHOWED THEM THE DEFECT AND THEY ALSO AGREED TO CHANGE IT WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO.AFTER THAT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FOR ONE MONTH. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY TOLD THAT THEY HAVE PLACED AN ODER AND WILL BE RECEIVED IN ANOTHER WEEK OR TWO.
THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING OR GIVING FEEDBACK WEATHER THE MATERIAL HAS REACHED OR NOT. EACH TIME I CALLED THEY ARE TELLING SOME OTHER EXCUSE AND EXTENDING THE TIME.
NOW ITS PAST 5 MONTHS AND STILL THEY ARE CONTINUING THE SAME EXCUSE. ALSO THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY EACH TIME I CALLED. WHAT CAN I DO....? SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME......
