[Resolved] Nokia 5233 — I need new phone under warranty period | |||
Respected Sir / Mam, I want to tell you about my experience with Nokia. Current experience is very – very bad with Nokia. I could not think that it could be happen with a new buying cell phone. I bought a Nokia 5233 – EMI [protected] (buying date 19/09/2010) After buying this phone I have been regular facing problem with my phone for last 4-5 months and this is very funny that you could not solve my problem in 6-7 times may I know how many times I have to go in Nokia care????????? I think according to your service and policy I should buy a home near any Nokia care because you are not proving good service. Problem: - Hang when I activate call waiting (if I am talking on phone and another call comes than it hangs. If I received 10 call 2 times it will hang. Battery back up: - Low battery back up and I have been facing new problem since 5th may - I charge my mobile in morning in evening I always see full battery but when I wakeup in next morning –Mobile switch off because of battery discharge. I just talk 15 – 20 minutes only in a day why it happening??? In 1st month I was getting battery backup of 3-4 days and now just a day even not 24 hrs. 6-7 times I have given my mobile in Nokia care, 2 times they sent my mobile in your head office but my problem is still same This is mentally and physical torcher and it is given by Nokia Company. Now I want mobile change. I PAID MONEY FOR BRAND NEW AND GOOD MOBILE NOT FOR TENSION/ NOT FOR THIS TYPE OF MOBILE. I don’t want to go Nokia care again and again I request to you please think seriously about my problem. I am not fool / Mad who is going Nokia care again and again.
