Nokia 5300 — this phone is getting hang and frequent restart | |
i have given my phone to nokia care centre bhopal, three times i have given it to them but not yet replaced or repaired. last time i have given them my phone on 4th jan 2009, but they didn't responded yet. Was this information helpful? | |

problem should be rectified immediately.

my phone restart automaticly when i answer calls, sometimes when i plays music player, and typing a messages. the phone screen will be a blank white screen and it just comes back 2 the 'desktop'.. if i answers call around 5-7minutes after my phone restart, i happens again n again.. i've went to repair it for several times, but it happens again.. some says that my software problems and some says that i need to format my memory card (1Gb). i've format my memory card but the problems still happens. what happen to my phone??
