Nokia 5310 — Fade up with the customer care

I brought Nokia 5310 thinking Nokia is the BEST among all the other companies, but I was wrong and now I believe your handsets are not only Dabba, But Nokia Service is also Hopeless.

On 29th Dec 08 I had a problem with my hand set, all the keys are not working, for which I had to visit Nokia care Sec 2 Noida.They just told me that it is software problem, so it is repired by a 2 days, after that i got a call stating that " Mam your mobile can not be repaired at our Center so we have to send it to head Center, We will give you a call when we received from taht center" after 15 days(10/Jan/09) i received my Mobile and after 4 days i am facing the same problem, again on (17/Jan/09)they told me Madam Kindly go to Nokia Priority Center they will take care of this problem, But the Nokia Priority manager told me that, . Nokia Series -40, mobile can not be virus afected, so this problem is handle by nokia care onlyt, after that Nokia care people take my set and again after 15 days(31/01/09) i received my set, But with damaged scratchy panel. They are not agree on that, When the set with me there is no single scratches on the mobile, how it possible i get a hand set which panel was broken.As it is under warranty considering my original handset damaged, misplaced by NOKIA or whatever u understand.

Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my

amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with

the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services

and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month
