Nokia 5310 — New Handset Faulty

Dear Sir,

I have been a proud Nokia mobile users for the past 6 years. All my family members are using Nokia mobiles and I also have recommended Nokia to my friends & colleagues, on a number of occasions.

I feel sorry to say that I have lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA. I had great trust in your company’s products and its services but my recent experience has changed the way I thought and has forced me to report the same to you. I never had such a worst experience from NOKIA CARE and never expected this from such a reputed company which is known for its after sales services.

Let me explain the problem.

" I purchased a New Mobile NOKIA - HANDSET – 5310 IMEI No. [protected] from one of your vendor in Ahmedabad in Jan, 2008. I gifted the same to my relative Vishal Kedia who stays in Guwahati, Assam. He was quite happy the day he received the phone. Unfortunately the happiness was short lived. The very next day he noticed that while using the phone got hanged very often and the mobile restarted automatically many times.

The handset was taken to the service centre at Guwahati. It has been sent there four times in the past 5 months and it has been at your service centre for most of the time. I have not received satisfactory solution and the phone still has the problems it initially had. I want a proper solution or a new replacement for the mobile.

See I bought a mobile because of the Durability and brand name but I lost all the Hopes and confidence in the company. This is causing problems and inconvenience not only to my relative Vishal Kedia but is also harming my reputation and prestige. Already five month of the warranty gone in service centre. I hardly used the mobile for less than 10 days only. I had terribly bad experiences in customer servicing with the Nokia Care. I have got no proper response or solution from your Service Centre. They spoil the name of Nokia.

I was given a handset as replacement in the month of but the handset given to me is an old handset and is in worse condition.

I bought the handset its latest technology. If ou provide such bad service then there is no point spending money on latest handsets as we are unable to use the technology. By the time you solve our problems the technology gets outdated.

If I don't receive proper response from this Mail I will be forced to take legal action against the company. So finally I kindly request you people all those who represent NOKIA to give right Information to customer and commit yourself what you say and don’t spoil the Brand name of your company. Let the trust of millions in the name of your company not be lost due to such irresponsible actions of few.

I need a Solution for this.
If any one of the concern person directly from Nokia contacts me it will be highly appreciated.
