hi sir, i purchased the above nokia 5310 xpress music on 13th dec 2007 from delhi. after some time there came the problem in software of mobile, my battery used to discharge with in 2-3 hrs i went to nokia care at bangalore(R.T nagar) they told me to change the software and after giving them my mobile they started torchuring me.i was continously making call to them asking what is the status of my mobile but they did not care to attend the phone even and when they pick the call they ave same dialouge that we dont know about it and we will be calling you after 10 min but their call is yet to come.. finally i visited nokia care and after about 15 days they returned my cell.but in reparing they damaged my key pad and so i returned to them .they said its physical damage and so they cant repair it and i have to pay for that although damage was done by their technician. i went there and explained many times but they says whatever the condition may be i have to pay for the service . now more than 15 days have been passed and they are not solving the problem they dont talk on phone and even disconnect the call when i used to call them this is the worst example of customere service i have ever seen i want that nokia care should be closed as soon as possible and management their should be given some trainning to handle customer because they thinks they are there just to make money by taking name of nokia my cell is still with them. rohit Was this information helpful? | |

I'm a journalist from Kochi, Kerala.I 'm a cusomer of nokia for the last 10 years.I' m shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. The phone also hangs. Keypad doesn't work occassionally.Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Somany times the phone got hanged and as a Journalist I felt so many serious probs & worries.When I told abt this to my journalist friends they said that most of the Nokia's new models have similar complaints.Sir, Why this happens to a reputed company like yours.
On May 6th i gave my mobile to Nokia Care at Banerjee Road, Kochi with ASC 412_465550.But when I enquired today they are saying that spare z not available & it may take one more week.I wonder a city like Kochi doesn't have enough spare of Nokia and take so much time to get a spare in this most modern era.Ashamed of you
Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
