Nokia 5530 — complaint against nokia care | |||
my phone nokia 5530 was not responding so i showed my phone to the nokia care center they told me that they have to change my touch which costed me 1870 which was too much for a symbian phone which costed me 10000 2-5 yrs back but still i gave my phone and when i got it back the touch of the phone is not working now when a call is made or recieved when i told them this they said sir u will have to live with this problem they have changed the touch and their task is done .i asked them what is the use of phone when it is not satisfying its basic purpose of touch during call making/recieving .i asked their manager name they said they cant tell me .i asked them to give me in writing what they said they said no.now please suggest me sir what to do i have already paid them the money..help asap Was this information helpful? | |||
