s its true i bought it 2 days b4 and charged for 8 hrs the battery life came to 1 day only. Is Nokia Listening Please Fix this issue ASAP

nokia 5530 — Bad service and mishandling
I have purchased a new 5530 last August(IEMI NO :[protected]). After 6 monts, the on off swhitch of mobile handset is not properlywoking, so that this set givento the nokia shop i.e croma shop, janak puri where this set was purchase. This handset was deposit for repair to the shop on 17june 2011, where this was purchased. After 2 month they return this set without reair with the broken body. In our set the only fault (on off switch). I don"t know where the body of the handset is borken either the Nokia repair shop or the corma shop. But at the time of submit for repiring set is not broken. And again they sent to Nokia repair shop till now, we have not heard any good News from the repair shop. Nokia is very reputed company, am very surprised, a very small fault is not handle properly. My family always purchase Nokia set for last 10 years & not trust to any other company brand accept this one. Till now i havn't receive it (20/08/2011). This hand set is with the extended warrenty. You know in this world without phone, the life is very tough and no connectivy with the others.I once again request you to kinly rectify the fault & replace the body of the set with the new one. I am living without this phone for the 2 month, which is a basic need for life. Now I am not setisfiy with your services and want early solution to get my Phone.
I approached to the Nokia care centre in Tilak nagar Delhi-NCR for repairance purpose.
