[Resolved]  Nokia 5610 Xpressmusic — headphone

My self SANKALP PANDYA FROM AGRA, I have nokia 5610 mobile phone , This is my 5th complain to you, FROM NOKIA SIDE SHAMSHAD BEGHAM [NOKIA CARE] send me an email contains that YOU[SANKALP] SUBMIT YOUR HEADSET TO NEAR CARE CENTER.
BUT MY PROBLEM IS REGARDING HEADPHONE, & YOUR AGRA CARECENTRE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT IF YOU SEND HIM AN EAMIL TO THIS MAIL[[protected]@nokiacareindia.com] ORDER HIM TO SUBMIT MY HEADPHONE ,ONLY THEN HE WILL TAKE MY HEADPHONE.
BUT THIS IS MY FIFTH COMPLAIN BUT NO ACTUION IS TAKING OVER ANY OF MY COMPLAIN.

KINDLY TELL ME NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO? AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Nokia 5610 — to know more

i want to know all the codes of nokia 5610 this must include all the codes for example *#06# to know the seriel code like that . plese try to reply immediatily

Nokia 5610d music express — Hanging problem

I purchased handset on 31/3/2008. It started giving hanging problem within six weeks. I approached on 2nd june to nokia care maninagar, Ahmedabad. Updated software memory card as per their advice was formatted. Shockingly again on the next day it started giving the same problem. On 19th june I submitted to nokia care.Till now i have not received/replaced my hand set. No person from nokia care service team contacted me during this time though they promised in reply to my mail.Handset is still pending! I am unable to locate the status.

Nokia 5610 — quality

Recently i had a very BAD experience with Nokia cell phones...their recently launched ’nokia express music’ phone is doing everything but CONNECTING ME to PEOPLE!!!

The slider version of the phone (Model 5610) used to (Now it is USED TO !!) hang so much... that i could never complete a call without having disruptions 2-3 times...
So after taking a a couple of leaves to get is fixed as apparantly their service centre (Nokia care) operates in timings such that it is really tough for any working person to visit them during those hours!

Anyway i thought my problems were over when yet again the cellphone had another problem- i could no more enjoy the ’Express music’ as the headphone had some problem... !!

Once again a leave and a visit to the service centre...and they keep my headphones for a minimum period of 15 days! which i fail to understand why!

OK... so you might think that’s the end of it... but the ’Almighty’ phone had problems yet again... its display was not Displaying anything!!

and the cherry on the cake was when i manage to reach the service centre panting after my work scraping through the traffic and reaching the service centre by 6.35 p.m (mind you just 5 minutes after their official closing time) i am told ’Mam we can not take your request right now!’

That was all i could take!!!
I put my foot down and told them i was not leaving without getting my cell repaired! so finally they agreed to help but somehow they once again required my cell phone for 15 DAYS!!!
and they are not even giving me a replacement for these 15 days!!

so well lets take a look... i had graduated to a better featured phone for the reason of - being able to do a bit more with my phone.. and guess what ... i am not even able to do what i used to with my earlier more basic phone!!!

Till now the phone has costed me-
Cost of the instrument- 11, 500
Cost of my leaves- 4000
Mental agony- well lemme juss ’Tip’ that
Endless sessions at the service centre!

i just have one question - is it worth it!

I used to believe in Nokia as a brand as it was all about ’consumer friendly technology’
And i must say i am highly dissaponted as they have miserably failed in the high end phones segment and the one thing they used to stand for ’ consumer friendliness’ is no more there.

I have completely lost my trust in the brand!
