[Resolved] Nokia 5700 Xpress Music — 5 times software problem has occured | |
Sir, I Bhanupriya K Arora([protected]) purchased nokia 5700 code no. [protected] On 25th july'09,and since then 5 times it has been gone for softwere upload at nokia care managalore due to some display prob ,finally they have sent it to company on 8th march'10. I want it to be replaced not repair as i know this prob will persist anyway,every mnth visiting nokia care and getting all your contacts erased is very frustatin.I request the responsible person to look into the matter.
