Nokia 5800 — NOKIA 5800 - Display Sucks : Display complaint

My display broke when one of my friend (first time touch screen user) tried to dial with some pressure. I really wish, NOKIA could able to watch and understand, how a touch screen works, before they cheating their customers and loosing their brand name. Unfortunately its not comes in to warranty also... I just lost 19, 500/-. With the repair cost I will get an another phone... So stay away from NOKIA 5800.

With this pooooor product they are competing with iPhone :-)

Nokia — Phone SUCKS!!!

I paid 11 thousand rs for a nokia 5310 on 28th december 2008...
the phone i got hangs every half hour when i get a message..
sent it to the BLOODY carfe center 3 times!!! Problem still persists!!
When i told the care centre manager that i'll appraoch the consumer court... he said..I DONT HAVT TO LISTEN TO YOUR !!! i couldnt believe it...
out of 25 days my phone has been with the care centre for 17days!!!
Ive asked for a replacement each time... they keep denying me!!!

Nokia 5800 — tampering

Dear Sir / Madam


I bought a Brand New Nokia 5800 from GUWAHATI ASSAM. Wihin 15 days of the purchase, I was facing problems with the handset as the screen motion sensor was not working and was unable to access camera when a memory card was inserted. So I had to take the mobile to a nearest Nokia Care shop while my stay in Noida for few days. They kept my mobile for a day and when I went the next day to collect my mobile, they returned it without the issue being resolved. Unfortunately I had to wait for 2 long hours to get it fixed and ultimately when nothing seemed to be going right I asked for the mobile to be returned to me. However, I got the mobile back in a horrible condition, the main issue still being unresolved and a new issue rising up. The touch screen pad was also not working. So I had to take the mobile back to the center still controlling my patience. Now this time, they said that they will be sending the mobile to the factory and get it repaired. Now after 10 days I got a call to collect my handset. To my utmost frustration, I was shocked to see the condition of the mobile handset. The 15 days old Phone has become a year old mobile. They had tampered the mobile to the fullest and have no courtesy to return the set in a good condition. Now after losing all my patience I have asked for a replacement, but I have no faith in the service and feel that I have done a big mistake by approaching the so called "Nokia Care center". The executives are not at all courteous and have no respect for the customers. For the time being I would like you to suggest me any means by which I can get the set replaced any how and would be greatful if you can provide me any contact of the highest authority of Nokia.
