Nokia 6110 Navigator — replacement

I purchase nokia 6110 navigator in last august.From the month of september my phone creates problem.
The soun of my phone was pathtic whenever i want to listen music it creates noisy sound like grrrrrrr-trrrrrrr when i complaint in nokia care then they told me it was ringer problem and they change my ringer
but my problem doesn't solve.then they told me that it was chip level problem and they sent my set to delhi on 19th december till that i am waiting for my set.

nokia 6110 navigator — very very very bad services,

hi i am manoj kad, from pune. i purchased a nokia 6110 nav phone from priority dealer on 18 th apr 2008,
while using phone i found that phone is not working properly. it have many problems, so i told about it to dealer that it is faulty but the executive of company told me to use phone for 2 days more, and this problem bec of it is new . so i use it for 2 days, but it has same problems, i went to dealer, i ask him to repalce phone but he rejects and told me to submit it in nokia care center, so i submit my phone on 22 nd apr 2008, the people working there tthat u will receive phone after 15 days, so i went there after 15 days, and collect my phone, but phone i got is not repaired, it has same problems, so i again resubmit my phone, they told me that phone will be sent to main office for repairing, came after 30 days,
after 30 days i went there, and collect my phone, but while using i found that phone is not reapired properly, it has same problems, so i submit phone on same day with same work/jobsheet,
i also complaint to nokia site, then i receive a call from nokia care center, and they told me tha t problem is not solved, u will get a new phone within next few days, ( ph no : [protected])
but till date i did not receive a phone . ( 16 th apr 2008)
my phone have following problems : phone get heated while chargeing and using it, keys are not working, phone get restarted while using, gps is not working, slider is not working, phone get hanged while using it,
from above problems i came to desigion that company is cheating with consumers, so i want to claim on company for my time and money wastage in this period, in this period i don't want to purchase a new phone but due business i purchase a another phone from a diff company, this happens because of companys services, i want a new phone or my money back fr company, and all money wastage that on calling customer care & alll other, and i also feel that company is not manufacturing phones with quality, or quality controll dept is very very bad or company will supply repaired phones to consumers, for a consumers who pays thousands of rs for purchasing a new guranteed thing but nokia fools consumers,
so i want to claim upon nokia company for cheating with consumers, 1) give me new packed piece or
give me my money back with intrest
or give me my money of nokia phone 6110 and the phone that i don't want to purchase, or loss or problems that i have faced because of nokia company's services,

NOKIA6110 — not working

i have purchased nokia6110 on 8/06/2008 and now its not working, so please help me out as customer care has denied to give us the standby.

NOKIA-Navigator 6110 — Replacement of faulty handset

i've purchased a new NOKIA-Navigator 6110 on 1st July 2008 at Delhi, but on 18th Aug 08 i faced some kind of charging problem as it was not getting charge inspite of charging for many hours. I gave it to nokia care in dilshad garden * got back the set after 15 days but again with same problem. again i gave back & asked to replace the set...my wait went to 15 days & i got a new set as said by nokia care centre but i found out many phone no. already stored in it & problem of charging still remains the same...i gave the set back to same nokia care on 3rd oct. 2008 * till now after so many visits & enquiries, i am unable to get solved my problem.

It really takes a toll mentally & officially..

nokia 6110 navigator — Replacement of phone

I purchased a brand new Nokia mobile handset 6110 Navigator through Nokia authorised dealer in Bangalore on 9th June, 2008. The IMEI NO. for the same is : [protected]

After the purchase of the said Nokia handset immediately after one week of its use there was a problem with the keys on the right hand side of the keypad (the upper level keys) due to which i have hardly been able to use the phone. I have deposited the phone in your Nokia care center four times. First two times it was deposited with Nokia care center at 90, Bhagat Singh Market, near Gole Market New Delhi-110001, they retained the handset for more than one month and my problem was not solved. They returned the handset as it is.

I requested for replacement/swap of the handset. As recomended by Nokia care center executives I deposited the phone again for the third time in their Nokia care center S-10, Green Park Extn. (Near Uppahar Cinema) New Delhi-110019 with a request to replace the handset. Here again my phone was retained for nearly a month for check up of the handset. When I went to Nokia centre for receiving the phone the handset was retunred to me in the same condition and the notified defect was not rectified, after delivery of the said handset the handset has developed the same problem. The fourth time again i have submitted the phone in their Noida Care center as they said they can process my request only if it is deposited in any of their Nokia care centers. Now again the Nokia care center people are saying that it will be sent to the head office for repair.This is just unreasonable how many times do they expect me to visit the nokia care center. The phone has already been sent to the head office thrice earlier. I need an immediate replacement.I did the biggest mistake by purchasing nokia handset relying upon their so called "brand name".I could not use the phone even for a month. I spent more than Rs.14, 000/- for the said handset. Please help me in getting a replacement.
Better off to move to consumer court if they do not co-operate.

nokia 6110 navigator — handset not recieved yet

i purchased this handset last year and with in a span of less than a year it has been to nokia care center for 7 times. and last time i submitted my handset on february 20th, 2009 and still waiting for my handset to come. when ever i call up nokia customer care, they always say that your handset is under priority care. during this priority care my front panel has been broken.
your company is so careless and you provide so pathetic services and claim to be best in your field. you and your staff is a bunch of lazy and careless fellows. i am sick and tired of listening the same statement that my cell is under priority care. for two months i am going out of station and who will provide me with backup set?
Avery bad experince of having 6110 probably the product has failed despite repeated contact with Nokiacare bhagatsingh market NewDelhi the set kept for rectification since 16th april 2009 no action so far or response job sheet no[protected]/090416/35!MEI no[protected] Would any Nokia official help in the matter
