Nokia 6233 — Not charging

Sir, My address is 59 jai jawan II Durgapura jaipur 302015. my cell no. is [protected]. I had given my nokia 6233 at nokia care tonk road jaipur on 8 april 2009. My phone was not charging. when i contacted them after a week they said the phone is dead which was in good condition when i gave it to them. Its been 4 months so on any they have kept me giving new dates. Kinldly help.My job sheet number is[protected]/090408/21...
