Nokia 6303 Classic — Issue regarding warranty extension | |||
Hi, I bought my Nokia mobile phone 6303 Classic on April 2010. I had some issues with using the phone on January 2011 and I sent my mobile to Nokia care centre for getting my phone repaired. They replaced my mobile with a new Nokia 6303 classic and I also extended my mobile phones warranty for 1 year on 21st January 2011 (Receipt Enclosed). Currently my mobile again started to have some problem with network and when I went to nokia care centre to get it checked they told me that my mobile phone was not in the warranty period. I am attaching all the bills and documents that state that I have an extended warranty for my phone. Can you please check what might be the issue because of which the nokia care executive denied that I don’t have a warranty on my phone and I will have to pay him no matter what. Please solve my issue as soon as possibe and update me with the same as I am facing too much problem due to this issue and I had to make calls for getting this issue sorted out. And the nokia care executive didn’t try to help me at all even though I had all the receipts mentioning that I had an extended warranty for the period of[protected].
