Nokia 6500 S — Worst service of Nokia care

Hello,

I have Nokia 6500s mobile, In this mobile have keypad problem and its have in under warrenty so for this i went to Mulund(W), Mumbai Nokia care, They solve my problem but i get new problem my mike is not working means my mobile have outgoing problem.So I went to again same nokia care center but that center was closed permanently and new Nokia Care open in Mulund(W) so i went there, so they have put my mobile for check and told me this will be send to delhi and it will take 15-20 days that time i want to go out of station for a week, so i told him i will submit after 7 days, after 7 days they again check my mobile and told me that it have IC damage so its warrenty not allow though my mobile was open only noika care so definatly damage was done by nokia care, but they are not accept my request so i am ready to charge, they charge me 850 Rs for mike repair but still I have same problem, and again i submit my mobile in nokia care and they are not able to repair and told me that come next week, come next week etc, I have fedup from last month but my mobile still have problem.
Please take action otherwise in future i will never purchase any nokia product and also not refer to anybody to this.I will share my problem with my friends and relative and otherrs.

Nokia Care — Nokia 6500 - worst service of nokia

I had picked up nokia 6500 in jan 08. with in a month the display of the slide was konking off and then completely gone. I had requested for a service appointment from nokia online . There was no response on the same from nokia. Post which i had given the mobile at Jaynagar service on the 25th March . Till date when ever i call them they have no clue on the status and one std reply mobile sent to mumbai ( for what they dont know and i dont understand). I called up the nokia call center today and have had the lousiest service ever had. They will take another 2 days to revert and dont know the status either.

No one at the service center or at nokia knows the status and they will take their own time to check and revert. What does the customer do untill then? even if it were a service or replcement 2 weeks is too a longer time with no revert.

I am very disappointed and sad to say that this kind o[censored]nprofessional treatment is not expected from nokia . I givena choice again would not want to go in for nokia for this bad service.

Poor contactablity at the service centers/ indifferent attitude of the employees / very low responsiveness - this is what nokia is promoting for. Well, i need a replacement of the mobile immediatly and want them to get in touch with me .
Since Nokia care center is issued by Nokia company so I think the main company must fix the global or standard price for every country for any parts replacement/changing so that there won't be any complain from existing users of Nokia.

Nokia 6500 s — about the bad service of nokia c. care

i had purchased NOKIA 6500s there was problem in cell so i wanted to change my cell N. care employee said to me i[censored] want change cell than u hv to pay 3000 rs so i give it to them after changing the cell i m facing new problem key no. 0,8 is not working so well so i go to again to N.C.care they said to me we r not able to chang again plz try to give me any other cell worth Rs 13500 bcoz there is a problem in NOKIA6500s.
