Hi, I am Ashish Agarwal, purchased mobile Nokia 6500s, last year on 29 october2008, but now its software is corrupted, when i went to Nokia Care centre at Noida Sector 3, they deny to resolve the problem says we can not recover it. as their is damage, inside but i didnt show my mobile any where else before that this ismy forst time problem when i face
The senir person Neha sits their has no manner that how to speak to customer, she speaks in rude manner says " Jaha sahi hota hai karao lo, hum to sahi nahi kar sakte "
How the nokia is apponting the employees, its too much

" what is going on in NOKIA, i had posted my complained on 23/ 9/ 10 but till now i didnt got any responce, even i made a call to complained cell, the number which i got from auto generated mail from NOKIA, and the referesnce no nokia cutomer care person provide is[protected] dated 23/ 09/ 09, the person says NOKIA will contact you, but till now no one contact me.
How ridiculous
Nokia is just trying to earn mony in competetive maket, didnt think for customer satisfaction
