Good Afternoon
I would like to bring the following in your kind notice for Effective Action.
I have purchased a Nokia Mobile Phone bearing Model no 6700 Slide on 14th August bearing bill No 1549 from Nokia Priority Three Vee Marketting(P) Ltd. Branch Office 65/2 Rajpur Road, Dehradun and I am facing problem ever since I purchased the set. I tried to contact the branch office and lodged the complaint two times but the satisfaction level is not up to the mark.
I have driven three times to the branch office and the distance is to the tune of 10 Km from one side and 60 Km for three rounds. Enough Petrol and valuable time are lost for none of my fault.
It is, therefore, requested kindly to look into the matter at the earliest and resolve the problem once and for all by replacing the Set and I would further suggest to instruct the Nokia dealing person to behave in friendly and soft way.
I want to emphasise further that I am a potential customer of Nokia Phones and I have always advised my friends for purchasing Nokia Mobile phones.

Nokia 6700 Slide — Defective New phone

I purchased a phone from Spice Telecon in Oberoi Mall and in just four days realised that the power on key was not working so I went back to the shop and they took the phone back saying they will get it repaired. I insisted that since its a new phone they should immediately replace it but they refused to do that and said it will take around 10 working days to get it repaired. Now its more than 15 days and they still havent returned the phone to me.
I am terribly disappointed with NOKIA and will advise people not to buy Nokia phones henceforth, because their service sucks.

NOKIA 6700 Slide — camera quality

i have given my mobile because my 14 photo which is captured by my mobile nokia 6700 slide, gets corrupted..........and they told that i have to update your phone software. and after updating my software my phone's camera quality becomes very low........what they have done with my mobile?i have trusted on their service but they have broken my faith for forever
