[Resolved]  Nokia 7210 Supernova — Delay in services

Dissatisfy with the service
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Manwinder Bamrah I have a Nokia 7610 Model. I encountered a problem with my mobile due to moisture or you can say water entered into Handset. After getting this problem I consulted with nearest customer service point at Sec 22-C, Chandigarh Nokia Care. They have suggested to me, to hand over the set for necessary repair. They said we have to replace one plate form the mobile and it’ll cost me Rs. 1290/-,I agreed said as I had no other option. I have submitted my cell 1 month ago on dated 18.11.09. After one week I visited them and they said we are waiting for said part form Nokia. There Engineers are not able to repair my mobile & they do not pay attention, they always say that they have less recourse provided by NOKIA and still we are waiting for the part. This takes too much time so we face much problem in that. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month. Therefore I shall be most grateful If you could kindly look into this matter and take a necessary action for the above. For further information I’m attaching job sheet with this mail.

nokia7210 — services

mobile servies
my nokia 7210 supernova device is working very slow.i did not put a memory card in the device and the phone memory which is 30mb for this set is showed to be around 20 mb.is it a virus problem?can u just suggest me what to do or how to format the phone memory?
Dear sir,
Iam purchased Nokia 7210 super nova, 6 month ago, my phone was soft ware problem, if i can replaced my phone in nokia centre, please give me complete information.
