i bought Nokia 7310 in 02/02/2009 from MOBILE BAZAR LUCKNOW, my mobile keys 789 and (-) are not working, i went to Nokia care the his engineer told to me that your mobile warranty has expired in October 2009, so we can`t repairer in under warranty, please help me, [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

Nokia 7310c — Horrible service

This is to inform you that I have bought this mobile phone (Model : 7310C) a few months back but all of a sudden noticed that some of the keys were not working. On 14th Aug 2009 I took it to your centre for necessary rectification. I was attended to by this lady who told me that the set has to be sent to your head office for the repairing and the time required for that is minimum 15 days from that day. To my surprise I’ve noticed in the job sheet that target delivery date is 17 Aug 2009. On 17th Aug I received a call from your office that my set is ready and I can collect it. So on 18 Aug I went to your center to collect the set. After waiting for a while Mr. Sonthosh Pandey called me inside and told me that my set has been sent to your head office and it will take another 15 to 20 days for necessary repairing. So how do you react to that when you get a call confirming you that the set is ready and then very next day some one says you’ve to wait for another 20 days to collect the same ? When I told him about the phone call, he checked out with some one and told me that tomorrow I can collect it. I obviously did not like the unprofessionalism of a company of your repute and on pulling up the person on this irregular feedback, he informed me that I can sent someone the very day after few hours to collect the set.
I am utterly disgusted at the level of efficiency among your staff and the harassment caused to me for their incompetence.
I feel that I had misunderstood your level of service and will be careful in selecting your brand in future
nokia 7310 — GUARANTY
I bought my Nokia 7310 mobile from MOBILE BAZAR LUCKNOW, on 02/02/2009.but i have some problem related to hardware in JANUARY 2010,
I went to Nokia care for repair,
Nokia care engineer told to me that my mobile guaranty has expired in October 2009,
so we can not repair in under warranty,

Plz request is your my nokia handset is lot's of problem there first problem is 789 key is not working, second problem is Bluetooth is not working there are Main problem is bluetooth My mobile is other mobile is not connected is bluetooth but error is bluetooth is NO DEVICE FOUND, thired Problem is volume key(-) is not working. NOKIA 7310c — NO service
plz help me i have bought NOKIA 7310c in last september 2008, after three months its key pad is not working {specially 7 8 9 keys}.I have been visiting NOKIA CARE since last15 FEb 2009 but still they are not giving proper respone to me evry time they said we have placed order for handset kit plz wait.I am totally frustated from NOKIA care services.They don"t care for customer.
Please help me?what should i do? can anyone provide its CSD HEAD mail id?
