This mobile was purchased from the Mobile shop at chembur. Initially during the first week when the complaint was lodged at mobile shop they refused to replace the set and instead send it to their kurla works for repair. Inspite of the repairs carried out the mobile was not performing upto the satisfactory levels and the necessary documents are available for verifications. Finally frustrated with the faulty mobile purchased form The Mobile shop Chembur the complaint was again lodged. They directed us to theirNokia care at Lower Parel wherein we were informed that had the complaint been lodged within six months the set would have been changed. This is exactly opposite to what we were informed when the complaint was lodged within six months. Further my doubts have been reinforcfed due to the fact that there are 42 complaints against this company which has to be viewed very seriously and if nothing is done for deficiency in service I would opt for a compensation for the agony experienced.
