[Resolved] Nokia Asha 311 — Restart issue from day 1 | |||
I have buyed nokia asha 311 four months before in nov 2012. I was facing restart issue from 1st day itself. But phone restart issue was once/twice in week.but now my phone is restarting continuously. I have visited nokia service center(Popular telecom, city:kalyan) for 5 times still i am facing same restart issue for my nokia asha 311. whenever i open any application such as nokia browser, Nokia store etc phone restarts.I spoke to Nokia service center folks about the restart issue. Nokia service center(Popular telecom, city - kalyan) told me there is some liquid damge(at start service center told me to pay 2500/- rupees . i have proof) .later after quarrel i paid 253/- Rupees for same but still restart issue is not resolved.Nokia service center gave an excuse that they were not aware of restart issue in my phone after repairing it. I dont know why nokia service center repair my phone without knowing exact issue. they tried to fix the issue on their side instead of submitting phone to Head office. I spoke to customer care[protected] times regarding same restart issue. It is impacting my business as i am not able to make calls or use applications due to phone restarts issue. I am very disappointed that my newly(just 4 months) purchased phone is restarting.I cannot afford to keep my phone to service center/Head office for 10 business days. Request you to investigate root cause why phone was restarting from 1st day and resolve my phone restart issue or else provide me new phone. Please take this on HIGH Priority.
