Nokia — Message Vibration alert problem in Nokia 5530

Hello,Iam facing some problems with my Nokia 5530 Xpress Music phone with its Message Vibration Alert and its tone,Iam not being able to receive the alert for the incoming messages and the handset is fine with the other things like calls and somethings,PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND IT WOULD BE SO KIND OF YOU PLEASE.

I have purchased a mobile 5530 express music for in hazratganj,lucknow from dealer balaji mobile .mobile have swiching problem, its automaticlly swiched off in many time in a day.I camplain to dealer & also complain in your nokia care alambagh lucknow.but we have not recd. any satisfatory answar from RIM Electronoics Tel no.[protected].
PLZ CHANGE MY MOBILE SET
