[Resolved]  Nokia — Service center not repairing the handset properly during warranty

Hello sir,this is rajesh from baripada orissa, i bought a mobile nokia 7210 in 4/11/2009 whose imei no is [protected].From may 2010 i am started to use the mobile. but when i insert the sim card it is shown no sim card is is inserted or sim registration failed.so i on may 5th i went to nearest nokia care i.e Rajib mobile nokia care,baripada and submit my handset within the warrenty period.They said that they have to send the set to delhi and they required 21 days for it.after that i finally do all the paper work and submit my handset to them.on june 9 they return the handset and said that it is ok.when i started using the set after 12 days same problem reappears.when i go to the same nokia care again then they again test the hand set and said they had to to send it to delhi again and also said that if it can not repaired
then they replace the hand set.for it they take 30 days. and by hearing it i gave my handset to them.i submitted the set on jun24. when i go to them in aug23 then they return me the old handset and said that the handset is ok now.after using it for 2 days again the same problem reappears i.e no sim card, sim card registration failed on 25th of aug. when i go to them on 26 th aug they said that they had to sent it to delhi again to repair it.only 2months of warranty left.now if the same process continues then my hand set may not be repaired within the warranty period.It is also not possible to go to them and always inquired about the mobile hand set.Till now they does not give my a single call also regarding my handset is repaired or not. i have to go to them always.so my personal work is also affected by this problem .so sir take necessary steps regarding this matter to repair the handset or replace it new one.
