[Resolved] Nokia Bl - 5c Battery — Defective Battery | |
Sirs, I had purchased Nokia BL-5C battery(S.No[protected]P[protected] from M/s Mobile Planet, DDA Shop No 9, Distt Centre Janakpuri, New Delhi-58 vide cash memo no 143 dated 17.12.08. Within a week itself, the battery started giving problems. Even after charging it fully, it used to get drained off very fast(sometimes even in the middle of the conversation). On approaching the dealer from whom I purchased the battery, he refused to entertain the complaint or give me a replacement. He simply washed his hands off the episode, saying that it was the duty of the customer care department of the company to give the replacement. I then approached the Nokia Customer Care in Distt Centre, Janakpuri. They too pleaded helplessness, saying that they do not keep the spare batteries for replacement in stock, and that I would have to deposit the battery, and get the replacement after a week or so. The dealer as well as customer care department refused to give me a standby replacement. Now it is well evident, that mobile is the only connection to the world while you are on a move. And without a battery in my phone, I'm virtually cut off from the world, and losing important business calls. All this is having a disastrous effect on my business. Nokia N70 — Nokia BL-5C battery Replacement
My NOkia BL-5C battery is the problem battery which Nokia has announced will replace in 2007. Still after 2 years they have not replaced my battery.They say your battery delivery is in progress but still I haven't received the battery.After so much of communication via phone and email they are not responding positively as of they dont care for replacing the battery.

I have not recieved the BL-5C battery till yet for which i registered online on 3rd Sept[protected]N[protected] and waited for a month. Then i visited nokia service centre regularly till may 08. But always same answer stock not available. Finally i call nokia care 30303838 where everyone talks different and gives useless results. Now what to do? I have not recieved the battery till yet.
Please help me!

Within a week itself, the battery started giving problems. Even after charging it fully, it used to get drained off very fast IE-WITH IN 24 HOURS (sometimes even in the middle of the conversation). On approaching the dealer from whom I purchased the battery, he refused to entertain the complaint or give me a replacement. Nokia — not recieved battery
I purchased a nokia6630 which lies in your faulty battery manufacturing ...battery no[protected]..i put on a request for replacment in thier website 5 month back..but till date i have not recieved it ...& when i contacted NOKIA Care they are sayin g we cant do anything for this neither they are aready to give any email id or contact no..for putting up the complaint..Pl get my battery changedvyomesh
